SCCS NWI

Why homeowners choose SCCS NWI

You can tell a lot about a crew by the house they leave behind. The big franchises are chasing the next job. We live here, so the people we work for are our neighbors. The same trained, certified crew works every job, and we treat your house like it was our own.

01

Independent and family owned

SCCS NWI is not a franchise. Vinnie Nowarita founded the company in 2012 after his own family's water and mold experience. Because we are independent, the crew that assesses the job is the crew accountable for the house it leaves behind.

We seal off the work area, lay down protection, and clean up at the end of every day. You will not find our mess in the rest of your house.

  • Family owned since 2012
  • Not a national franchise
  • Containment on every job
  • Daily site walkthroughs

02

IICRC Certified Firm

SCCS NWI is an IICRC Certified Firm. Technicians are trained for the water, mold, odor, contents, and specialty cleanup work we actually perform. Ask which credentials apply to your scope.

Because we are not paying for someone else's name, you get a written quote up front. Photo reports and a clear scope go with the work.

  • IICRC Certified Firm
  • Upfront written estimates
  • Photos and documentation
  • Source fixed, not just the surface

03

How a job runs

Call (219) 779-8198. Share the city, what happened, and what you can safely see. We confirm the property is in Porter, Lake, La Porte, or Jasper County and whether the next step is emergency response, inspection, or testing.

On site we contain the area, document conditions, and agree on what comes out and what stays. Water work stays until moisture readings are back to pre-loss conditions. Mold sampling, when it is in the scope, goes to PriorityLab. We do not close sampled mold work until those results come back clear for the sampled area.
