Terms of Service

This site is operated by Specialty Cleaning and Contracting Services LLC, a Valparaiso, Indiana restoration contractor. SCCS NWI is the public name for that company. Phone (219) 779-8198. Email info@sccsnwi.com.

Submitting an inspection request or calling the shop asks SCCS NWI to follow up about a property. That request is not, by itself, a contract for restoration work. Scope, price, and timing are set in a written agreement before paid work begins. Phone lines are answered 24/7; that does not guarantee a response time or arrival time.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized information. Do not enter sensitive medical, financial, or insurance-policy details in the inspection form. Website pages are general information, not a guarantee, inspection, diagnosis, or advice.

Insurance coverage and claim decisions belong to the property owner's carrier. For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911. For utility hazards, contact the relevant utility before property work begins. Links to other websites are for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Program: SCCS NWI Job Updates. Specialty Cleaning and Contracting Services LLC (SCCS NWI) texts customers who sign up at https://portal.sccsnwi.com/text-updates.html about their restoration job: scheduling, job status, and invoice reminders.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Signing up is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase and is not required to sign in to the customer portal or to receive service. Requesting a quote or calling us does not sign you up for texts.

See our Privacy Policy at https://www.sccsnwi.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
